Why do pellets need cooling?

Pellets come out of the press warm and soft. Cooling hardens them and separates the sawdust that was not pressed, before bagging.

Both cool and separate sawdust; choose by space and by the line's output. The dimensions of each are listed in the specifications.

Pellet coolers, vibrating screens and dust extraction

Pellets leave the pellet mill hot and must be cooled before bagging. The VS 2500 and VS 3000 vibrating cooling screens and the BO 1250 and BO 2500 drum coolers cool the pellets and separate unpressed sawdust, with a dust extractor and collection bags in the set, and the accumulation cooler works at up to 3 t/h for pellets and compound feed. Before the press, the calibrator screens the raw material, removes bark and stones and feeds it evenly. For dust there are the ȚN-15-600 and ȚN-15-500 cyclones, the VRP 4 and VRP 3.15 fans and the extraction units that separate dust and collect it in bags.
