Fiber laser cutting machines cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet with a clean edge that goes straight into assembly, without deburring piece by piece. Tube and profile lasers cut, notch and prepare the ends for welding in a single pass, straight from the bar.
For high volumes and repetitive parts, coil-fed systems remove sheet handling and the material lost at the edge of every sheet.
Laser welding machines lay even seams on stainless steel, aluminium and thin steel, with minimal heat distortion and no finishing afterwards. An operator without a welding qualification learns the basic movement in hours, not months.

Laser cleaning removes rust, paint and oxides from metal without abrasives, without chemicals and without attacking the base material. It is the clean solution for preparing surfaces before welding or painting and for reconditioning parts.
