Resources · Turnkey businesses

Turnkey businesses: production, defined before you sign.

A turnkey business is not a machine with an invoice attached. It is the complete configuration: machines matched on capacity, the process flow drawn out, the building and utility requirements, the staffing structure, the software, the training, the commissioning, the service and the financing option. You bring the space, the people and the customers.

What the package includes
  • Machine list, sized to your volume
  • Layout and flow plan for the building
  • Power, air and extraction requirements
  • Staffing structure and training
  • Financing option with a down payment from 0%
  • 60-month warranty and service

The businesses we can
configure end to end.

· How we work

Six rules that make the difference
between a machine and a business.

01

Machines matched, not merely collected

Every station is sized against the next one. A fast machine followed by a slow station does not produce more, it only builds up stock between workstations.

02

Capacity tied to sales

The configuration starts from a realistic number of orders per month, not from what you could afford to buy. Unused capacity is a monthly instalment with no revenue behind it.

03

The building ready before delivery

Power connection, compressed air, dust extraction, floor, access clearance. This is where most weeks are lost during commissioning.

04

People trained on the machine

Training is part of the delivery, and the second operator is not optional. A plant that depends on one person is not a plant, it is a risk.

05

Financing in the same package

Leasing or a loan with a down payment from 0%, grant funding programmes or direct supplier credit. That conversation happens alongside the configuration.

06

Long-term service

A 60-month warranty, wear parts listed up front and maintenance subscriptions for anyone who cannot afford unplanned downtime.

Have a production idea
and no idea which machines you need?

Tell us what you want to produce, how many square metres you have and what volume you expect. We come back with a machine configuration, a flow plan and a financing option, even if the business is not yet on the list above.
