Automatic screw driving machines drive screws on their own, at programmed coordinates, with a servo electric screwdriver carried on axes. The screws come from a feeder, picked by vacuum, by a magnetic bit or blown through a tube, and the operator only places the part on the platform and starts the cycle. Every screw gets the same torque, in 1–1.8 seconds.
The range covers benchtop models with one or two platforms, blow feed, vision camera, two screwdrivers or two back-to-back stations, plus floor standing cabinet models with a camera or a rotary table. Next to them is the automatic ferrule crimping machine, with feeder and handheld head, for control panel shops. Transport, commissioning and training are included in Romania.
