The UZX-1017 rotary table automatic screw driving machine brings the parts to the screwdriver on a rotating table that carries several fixture stations, four in the configuration shown. The operator loads and unloads the stations in front while the station at the back is being screwed, so the machine does not stop between parts.
Everything sits in a 1,750 mm high floor cabinet, with castors, levelling feet and a lower cupboard for the feeder and tools. The screwdriving area is 180 × 180 × 90 mm on each station, at 1–1.4 seconds per screw.

The rotary table indexes by one station each cycle. The station under the gantry is screwed. The screwdriver picks the screws from the feeder, by vacuum or magnetically, and drives them with the servo motor at the set torque. Meanwhile, the operator removes the finished part from the front station and places a new one.
The screwdriving program, one for each part, is written on the touch screen or loaded through USB, up to 100 in memory. The fixtures on the table are made for your part.

The rotary table pays off on small parts, up to 180 × 180 mm, in high volume, where every second of loading counts.
