The UZX-1015 dual spindle automatic screw driving machine has two screwdriving heads on the same beam, each with its own platform and feeder. The two screwdrivers work at the same time, so the machine drives two parts at once, at 1–1.4 seconds per screw on each head.
With six axes, each head has its own Z axis and each platform its own Y axis, on a shared X beam. The working area is 220 × 300 × 90 mm on each platform. It is the benchtop model with the highest rate in the range.

The operator clamps one part on each platform and starts the cycle. Each screwdriver picks the screw from its own feeder, by vacuum or magnetically, carries it to the programmed hole and drives it with the servo motor at the set torque. The two heads move together on X and separately on Z.
For the same part on both platforms, there is a single program. The machine stores 100 programs, written on the touch screen or loaded through USB.
