The UZX-1011 automatic screw driving machine with dual platform has two work tables on the Y axis and one screwdriving head. While the screwdriver works on one platform, the operator unloads and loads the part on the other, so the machine never waits for the operator.
Screws are picked by vacuum suction or with a magnetic bit from the feeder placed next to the machine. The 180 × 300 × 90 mm working area on each platform is meant for housings, circuit boards and small to medium subassemblies.

Each platform has its own Y axis, and the head with the screwdriver moves on X and Z. When the cycle on the left platform ends, the head moves to the right platform, where the part is already clamped. The operator changes the part on the free platform and presses start for it.
The screwdriver goes down to the feeder and picks the screw by vacuum or magnetically. It carries it to the programmed hole and drives it with the servo motor at the set torque. Programs, one for each part, are written on the touch screen or loaded through USB, up to 100 in memory.

Two platforms pay off when the loading time of the part is close to the screwdriving time. If the part has few screws and the operator waits anyway, the single platform automatic screw driving machine UZX-1010 is enough, with a larger 300 × 300 mm working area.
