The UZX-1012 blow feed automatic screw driving machine receives each screw through a tube, straight to the screwdriver nose, blown with air by the feeder next to the machine. The head no longer travels to the feeder, so a screw is driven in 1–1.4 seconds.
The machine has two platforms on the Y axis, so the operator loads one part while the other is being screwed. The working area is 220 × 300 × 90 mm. It is the fast version of the benchtop range, for parts with many screws.

The feeder sorts the screws and sends them one at a time through the tube, with compressed air, into the screwdriver nose. The head sits above the hole, receives the screw and drives it with the servo motor at the set torque, then moves to the next hole. The platforms move on Y and the head on X and Z.
Blow feeding needs screws that travel through the tube head first, which means screws with a shank longer than the head. For short screws or wide heads, vacuum pick-up remains the choice, as on the dual platform automatic screw driving machine UZX-1011.
