Automatic Painting Line for Steel Structures LAZIRON PT
Automatic painting line for 3–12 m beams and sections, with 12 spray guns, 3D-scan programming and controlled drying. Extended 60-month warranty.
After fabrication, the structure is painted, and in the plant large parts must be turned, prepared for welding and welded over long lengths. The range includes the automatic painting line, the 10 or 20 t chain turnover device, the weld groove milling machine for shells, multi-wire submerged arc welding and the C and Z purlin roll forming machine.

C/Z purlin roll forming machine for 1.5–3.0 mm strip, switching between profiles without changing rollers, up to 25 m/min. Extended 60-month warranty.
