An automatic painting line solves the problem every steel structure plant faces when volume grows: the manual paint shop becomes the production bottleneck. Beams wait to be painted, coating thickness varies from one painter to another, and in winter the paint does not dry in time. LAZIRON PT-3070 is a line developed specifically for steel structure fabricators: it scans the part in 3D, generates its own work program, paints in a closed booth and dries the film in a temperature-controlled chamber, for parts 3–12 m long.
In the plant flow, the line sits after cutting, assembly, welding and surface preparation, that is, at the last step before the elements are delivered to site. An automatic painting line replaces manual spray-gun painting, with all its variations in quality and pace, with a continuous, controlled process. The elements enter at one end with the surface prepared and leave at the other painted and dried, without being moved between stations. See the full range of automatic painting equipment for steel structures.
• Programming by 3D scanning: each part is scanned, and the processing code is generated automatically from the scan. You do not need a programmer, and the software is simple to operate.
• 12 individually controlled spray guns: 6 guns above and 6 below, each actuated individually, with position controlled at every angle, for a uniform coating thickness on all faces of the section.
• Closed paint booth with VOC treatment: spraying is fully enclosed, and volatile organic compounds are treated. Dust emission stays below 2 mg/min, which means safe working conditions and reduced environmental impact.
• Weather-independent drying: the temperature-controlled drying chamber, steam or electric, dries the paint film quickly, and the delivery schedule no longer depends on the season.
• Water-based or solvent-based paint: the line works with both types, so you apply the coating system the project requires, from anticorrosive primer to the following coats.
• Heavy parts, continuous flow: a transfer load of 1000 kg/m and a painting speed of 0.6–1.5 m/min allow continuous work with beams and sections, without intermediate handling.
• Consistent quality, less manual work: in an automatic painting line, constant, uniform application improves the finish and reduces the number of people in the painting area.

PT-3070 is designed for painting steel structure elements: H-beams, columns, rafters and other sections, in plants that work in series for industrial and logistics steel buildings, commercial buildings, warehouses and agricultural buildings. Where dozens of elements of the same type pass through the paint shop every day, an automatic painting line keeps pace with cutting and welding, and painting is no longer the stage that delays delivery to site.
The line also suits workshops that offer metal painting as a service to other steel construction fabricators, where it matters that the coating is uniform and that every batch looks the same. For such a workshop, an automatic painting line is also a sales argument: you can promise lead times and quality that manual painting cannot guarantee. For the client, a consistent film thickness means predictable corrosion protection along the entire length of the beam.
The line is built with CE-certified components, in line with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. If you also want to automate the earlier beam assembly and welding stages, see the LAZIRON 3-in-1 machine for H-beam assembly, welding and straightening.
1. The part, with its surface prepared, is loaded onto the transfer system, which carries up to 1000 kg/m, for lengths of 3–12 m.
2. At the entry, the part is 3D-scanned, and the painting program is generated automatically from the scan, without manual programming.
3. In the closed booth, the 12 guns (6 above, 6 below) spray the water-based or solvent-based paint, each with individually controlled position and angle, at a speed of 0.6–1.5 m/min.
4. The booth air passes through the VOC treatment system, and dust emission stays below 2 mg/min.
5. The part enters the temperature-controlled drying chamber, heated by steam or electrically, where the film dries quickly.
6. At the exit, the painted and dried element is ready for handling, marking and delivery to site.
For operators, the hard part disappears: the program is generated automatically from the 3D scan of the part, so they do not write code and do not adjust each gun by hand. Training is included at commissioning and is done on your line, with the parts you regularly produce.
• Delivery, installation and commissioning, with operator training on your own parts.
• 60-month warranty and service with on-site response in under 24 hours in Romania (24–72 hours in other countries).
• Technical documentation for EU-funded, PNRR and public procurement projects.

„We do stainless-steel metal fabrication dedicated to restaurant kitchens. The UZINEX equipment was a radical change: modernization, an increase in production and quality.”
„I had no idea, I was completely clueless. And you started to explain to me. You told me what technologies to choose, what packaging to produce, what would work better on the market.”
„We use a single person who can operate 3-4 machines. Before, we needed 3-4 people to do the same thing.”
„We have multiple challenges in making special structures that serve our systems, and the laser welding machine solution helped us enormously.”
„Laser welding on stainless is something else, it's a completely different thing. The quality of the machines is undeniable: the samples say it all.”
„With Uzinex, I felt very well protected by the assistance they provided. When you have a whole shift stalled and you need someone to answer quickly, it matters enormously.”
„The proof that everything went well is that the equipment now works. We have over three years of experience with no problems. Or when there were issues, there was support. We're satisfied with the collaboration.”
„I can do even 5 boxes for one person, I can also do 10 boxes. Which other firms can't do. That is, they'd have to change dies, set up a whole 12-hour affair.”
„Whether I called at 2 in the morning or at 9 in the morning, the problems got solved. We're satisfied and we'll work together again.”
„A good, smooth collaboration. We always had support and help.”
„We're among the top producers in Romania for this product. I wouldn't have imagined that when I started, but things fell into place.”
„On price and quality ratio, they were the best price and the best quality on the market. We got along well and we're satisfied.”
Six technology directions we integrate turnkey: from plug & play IIoT sensors, to cobots, predictive maintenance, optical inspection, MES connectivity and custom industrial software.
See in real time how much each machine produces and how long it sits idle. We fit sensors on any equipment, new or old, and within a few hours you have the OEE dashboard on your phone. No complex wiring, no production downtime. The first concrete step toward digitalization, with ROI visible from the very first month.
Solve your labor shortage without tripling your costs. The cobot works safely alongside your people (palletizing, feeding the CNC, welding) while you recover the investment in 12-18 months. Prices 30-40% below European distributors, with installation and programming included from us.
Stop waiting for things to break. Our algorithms analyze sensor data and tell you exactly which part will fail and when, and we bring it to your production line before the breakdown. Zero unplanned downtime, zero contractual penalties, complete operational peace of mind.
Eliminate defects before they reach the customer. Our cameras inspect every part at speeds no operator can match, detecting sub-millimeter defects. They mount onto your existing line, with no modifications. Ideal if you produce for export and have strict quality clauses.
Connect your machines to your office, regardless of brand or age. Our gateway automatically translates the data from any machine into your ERP's format: no manual entry, no paper forms, no human error. The manager sees production live, the operator receives digital instructions.
Have a process that no off-the-shelf software can solve? We build custom industrial applications: from tailored SCADA panels and HMI interfaces, to production planning systems, lot traceability and automated reporting. The code is yours, it runs on your servers, with no monthly subscriptions or vendor lock-in.
