Auger and belt conveyors, dosing and packing

The TȘ 2500, 3000 and 5000 auger conveyors feed the pellet mill or dryer evenly, with speed set by a frequency converter, and the TȘK augers feed starch to the pellet mill to raise output and reduce the load on the motor. The 6, 9 and 12 m GȘ flexible augers move grain, sawdust and husks, and pneumatic conveying and the BN 3000 storage hopper complete the line's feeding. The LT 2000 and LT 3000 belt conveyors lift pellets to 2 and 3 m on a food-grade belt, and the LT 6000 is horizontal. At the end, the VD 2000 gravimetric doser weighs pellets into 5, 10 and 15 kg bags, the bag sealer closes them, and the Open Bag valve empties big bags of grain.
