An industrial painting line links part loading, pretreatment, the spray booth, the drying oven, cooling and unloading into a single flow. The parts move on an overhead conveyor, on electric hoists or on trolleys on a ground rail, and painting is done with a rotary disk, a robot or a gun in the operator's hand, depending on part shape and throughput.
The range covers the automatic liquid painting line with disk spray booth, for simple parts in large series, the semi-automatic line with 1 t electric hoists, for heavy parts of different sizes, and the manual line with ground rail, for large parts in small series, with liquid paint or powder. Each line is designed around the customer's parts and hall. Transport, commissioning and training are included in Romania.

Frequently asked questions about industrial painting lines
What is an industrial painting line?+
A complete painting process, with loading, pretreatment, spray booth, drying oven, cooling and unloading, linked by a conveyor. The parts go in clean and come out painted and dry.
Liquid or powder, which should I choose?+
Liquid paint covers parts of any size and dries in the oven at a lower temperature. Powder cures in the oven and gives a thicker, tougher coat. The manual line with ground rail accepts both processes.
Overhead conveyor, electric hoists or ground rail?+
The continuous overhead conveyor is for light parts in large series. Electric hoists, one per part, are for heavy parts of different sizes. The ground rail is for large parts in small series, with no overhead structure.
What warranty and service do I get?+
Every UZINEX machine comes with a 60-month standard manufacturer warranty, phone support and on-site service intervention in under 24 hours anywhere in Romania (24–72 hours in other countries).
Are transport and commissioning included?+
Yes, transport and commissioning are included in the purchase price across Romania, together with initial operator training. For other destinations, delivery is quoted per order.
Can the lines be financed through EU funds or PNRR?+
Yes. We arrange leasing or equipment credit through our 10 financial partners and assist with EU or government funding files, including delivery within the financing deadline.
