The UZX-1021 manual painting line is the answer for large, heavy parts painted in small series. The parts travel on trolleys on a ground rail, the operator paints them in the manual booth, with liquid paint or powder, and the box oven dries them in batches.
It is the configuration designed for aluminium panels up to 6,500 × 1,300 × 2,200 mm, at a low production volume. The box oven, the manual booth and the ground rail keep the equipment cost and the footprint to a minimum. The line sits on a 90 × 13 m layout with a 180 m path.

The parts are hung on the trolley frames at the loading station, and the trolleys roll along the ground rail into the spray booth. The ground rail needs no overhead structure, so large and heavy parts move without a suspended conveyor. In the manual booth the operator sprays the part with the gun, with liquid paint or powder, as the order requires.
The trolley then enters the box oven, heated with natural gas, where the coat dries or cures in a batch. After drying, the parts pass through the cooling zone and are unloaded. With batches instead of a continuous flow, the oven runs only when it is full, so consumption follows production.
