The UZX-1019 automatic liquid painting line paints parts in series, with no spray gun in the operator's hand. The parts ride on the overhead conveyor, pass through the rotary disk spray booth, then through the drying oven, and come down painted and dry.
It is the configuration for parts with a simple, repetitive shape, such as automotive components, up to 450 × 450 × 1,650 mm. The line takes 20 × 13 m of floor space and has a 100 m conveyor path, on which the parts move continuously at a constant speed.

At the loading station the operator hangs the parts on the hooks of the overhead conveyor. The conveyor takes them into the spray booth, where the part rotates in front of the spraying disk and the liquid paint settles evenly over the whole surface. The rotary disk paints simple shapes quickly, and a manual touch-up station completes grooves and hidden areas.
After painting, the parts enter the low temperature levelling tunnel, where the paint flows out without runs. Then comes the bridge oven, at high temperature, which dries and cures the coat. The solvent laden air passes through the activated carbon unit, with adsorption and desorption, before it is released.

Choose the configuration by part shape, by the required throughput and by the space in your hall. The rotary disk booth gives the highest output on simple parts with a round or square section, painted in large series.
