What is UV liner relining?

A resin-impregnated glass fibre tube is pulled into the old pipe, inflated and cured with UV light. It becomes a rigid pipe bonded to the old one, with no digging.

When is spot repair chosen?

When the pipe has only a few isolated defects, such as cracks, offset joints or roots. The UV-cured patch goes only on the defect, so it costs less than relining the whole run.

What diameters can be rehabilitated?

The systems cover DN150–2000, and the liner is made in DN150–2200 diameters.

The choice starts from the pipe diameters, the run lengths and the vehicle carrying the system: a van for neighbourhoods and narrow streets, a truck for large sewers. Delivery, commissioning and crew training are included in Romania, with a standard 60-month warranty.
