The UZX-X120-UV-MINI is a compact van-mounted system for no-dig sewer rehabilitation, for DN150–500 pipes. It reaches narrow streets, yards and neighbourhoods where a truck cannot enter.
The train has two sections of light lamps that bend when fed into small pipes. The lamps are waterproof and work submerged, and curing speed reaches 2.5 m/min. The simple, highly integrated design uses little power and runs steadily.

The resin-impregnated glass fibre liner is pulled into the old pipe between two manholes and inflated with air until it presses against the wall. The UV light train then travels through the liner and cures the resin, under video control and with temperature sensors. The result is a new rigid pipe inside the old one, with no digging and no traffic closure.

It is used for rehabilitating DN150–500 sewers in neighbourhoods and housing estates, on narrow streets and in yards, in laterals and small pipes with bends.
The first criterion is the type of defect. For whole sections choose UV liner relining: the UZX-X120-UV-MINI for DN150–500, the UZX-X120-UVG for DN200–2000 and the UZX-X120-UV-SUPER for DN200–1600 at high output. For isolated defects below DN600 choose the UZX-X120-ZD spot repair. The second criterion is the vehicle: a van for the UZX-X120-UV-MINI, a truck for the large systems. The UZX-ZY-86 liner is ordered to the diameter and wall thickness calculated for each section.
The price depends on the model and configuration: cable length, wheels and modules (lidar, sonar, sonde), software and accessories.
