The UZX-1010 automatic screw driving machine with single platform drives screws on its own, at the coordinates stored in the program, with an electric screwdriver carried on three axes. The operator places the part on the platform and presses start. The machine picks each screw from the feeder and drives it in 1.5–1.8 seconds.
It is the benchtop model with one platform, for assembly shops moving from hand screwdrivers to automatic screwdriving. The 300 × 300 × 90 mm working area covers medium size parts such as housings and circuit boards.

The feeder next to the machine sorts the screws and presents them one at a time. The screwdriver comes down, picks the screw by vacuum suction or with the magnetic bit, moves to the programmed position and drives it with the servo motor. The platform moves on the Y axis and the head on the X and Z axes.
The program is written on the touch screen, point by point, or loaded through USB. The machine stores 100 programs, so a part change means selecting the program and mounting the fixture.
