The UZX-1018 automatic ferrule crimping machine places and crimps the wire end ferrule on the stripped end of the wire in a single movement. The feeder in the box sorts the ferrules from the drum and sends them one at a time through a tube, over 1–3 m, into the handheld crimping head. There the operator inserts the wire and presses.
It works with wire end ferrules of the CE1, CE2 and CE5 series, with a hopper of 800 CE2 ferrules and 0.8–1.2 seconds per ferrule. It is made for control panel and wire harness shops, where manual crimping with pliers takes the most time.

The operator pours the ferrules into the hopper, and the drum sorts them and sends them one at a time, with air, through the tube into the crimping head. When the stripped wire enters the head, the ferrule is crimped onto it, and the next ferrule is already on its way to the head. One ferrule out, one in, at every press.
The handheld head sits on the workbench or on a stand, and the operator brings the wire to the head. The box measures 415 × 245 × 300 mm and weighs 15 kg, and runs on 220 V and compressed air at 4–6 kgf/cm². It can be configured for your ferrules and wires.
