The automatic panel labelling machine applies an identification label to every panel before cutting, so that the finished parts can be tracked through every operation that follows. It works over an area of 1220 by 2800 mm, with travels of 1300 mm on X and 3000 mm on Y, and applies a label in 3.5 to 5 seconds.
Unlike bottle or packaging labellers, this labelling machine is built for large flat formats. The application head travels on a gantry above a panel that stays still, so there is no risk of the material shifting during application.
Advantages of the automatic panel labelling machine
• Part traceability across the whole flow. After cutting, one chipboard panel becomes dozens of parts that look nearly identical. A label applied before cutting ties each part to the job, to the customer and to the next operation, so sorting at edgebanding and assembly no longer depends on the operator's memory.
• Constant pace of 3.5 to 5 seconds. Time per label does not depend on operator fatigue and does not grow towards the end of the shift. Across dozens of panels per day, the difference against manual labelling shows up directly in the delivery time.
• Working area for standard formats. The 1220 by 2800 mm surface covers the usual panel format in the furniture industry, so the label can be placed anywhere on the panel, according to the cutting plan.
• Control system developed in-house. The machine uses its own Leisai PLC, a 2L6N-DK1500-NR driver and an ACMOM-1315-DK-H MS10B ROHS motor, with 8C-1000 reducers on both axes. The components are standard market parts, so spares are available.
• Works in the line or as a standalone station. It can be mounted on the conveyor feeding the CNC nesting machine, or stay an independent, manually fed station if the volume does not yet justify full automation.

The machine integrates with an existing CNC nesting cutting line or works as a standalone station. The cutting machine itself is not included in the delivery.
