The H3 / S3 industrial manipulator covers two floor layouts with the same 100 kg payload. The H3 is a gantry mounted over the line, on two columns, with an effective transfer travel of 2900 mm, moving the panel along the flow without taking up floor space. The S3 is a column manipulator with a 2000 mm arm and rotation from −270° to +270°, anchored next to the machine.
The choice between the two comes down to the floor plan, not to performance. The H3 gantry suits halls where the machines sit in line and the floor has to stay clear for the forklift. The S3 column suits tight spaces with low ceilings, where the machine is served from a single point, because its total height is only 2500 mm.
Advantages of the H3 / S3 industrial manipulator
• The H3 keeps the floor clear. The gantry rests on two columns at the edge of the flow, and all motion happens above the machines. Forklifts and operators pass freely underneath, which matters in halls where the access aisle cannot be moved.
• The S3 fits halls with low ceilings. At 2500 mm total height and a 2000 mm radius, the S3 industrial manipulator installs in workshops where a gantry simply does not fit. Its rotation from −270° to +270° covers 540° in total, so it can pick and place at positions sitting close to each other.
• Same payload, same gripping system. Both versions lift 100 kg with 8 silicone vacuum cups and run at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa. Switching from one version to the other changes nothing in how the operator works, nor in the consumables.
• T3a-L30 servo drives. The H3 uses a T3a-L30 drive with a 04025 motor on J1 and 07725 on J3, with 8C-1000 and 5C-750 reducers. The S3 uses a T5a-L30 drive with an AM04025 motor on J1 and a T3a-L30 with 07725 on J3, with 8C-1000 and PLH120-70 reducers.
• 220 V supply. Both versions run on 220 V, so commissioning requires no switchboard work. Lift stroke is 1600 mm on both.

The equipment is installed around an existing CNC nesting machine. The cutting machine itself is not included in the delivery. A UZINEX engineer checks your floor plan and determines which of the two versions fits the available space.
