The industrial depalletizing and panel feeding robot is a column arm with 4 axes that breaks down the panel stack delivered by the supplier and feeds the conveyor or the cutting machine table, one panel at a time. It has a 3000 mm arm, a 3000 mm working radius, a payload of 50 kg and a lift stroke of 1650 mm.
Unlike the S4 loading robot, which turns a full circle around its column, this model works within a ±90° sector, between the stack and the pick-up station. The reduced sector means a short path and a fast cycle on the repetitive depalletizing task, where the robot repeats the same move hundreds of times per shift.
Advantages of the industrial depalletizing robot for panels
• Sponge vacuum cups for difficult surfaces. Gripping is done with sponge cups of 60×340 mm and 130×350 mm, which conform to porous, dusty or slightly uneven surfaces. On raw chipboard, OSB and plywood, sponge holds where a silicone cup loses vacuum.
• Removes manual stack handling. Breaking down a pallet of chipboard by hand is the highest-risk operation in a furniture workshop, because the panels are heavy, slippery and need two people. The industrial robot takes over the task entirely and keeps people out of the danger zone.
• Brake motors and properly sized reducers. The vertical J3 axis has a 2 kW brake motor, while J1 and J2 have 2 kW each, with 160E and 40E reducers. The J3 reducer is an RV75-40, and the J6 head rotation axis uses a 20E.
• 220 V supply. The robot runs on 220 V and compressed air at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa, so it can be commissioned without a new three-phase connection. Its total height of 3000 mm fits halls with a standard ceiling.
• Connects straight into the cutting line. It can feed the belt conveyor, the labelling table or the CNC nesting machine directly, depending on the floor layout. The unloading station is defined at design stage, together with a UZINEX engineer.

The equipment is installed around an existing CNC nesting machine. The cutting machine itself is not included in the delivery. A UZINEX engineer checks your floor plan and the compatibility with the cutting centre you already run in production.
