UZINEX supplies stainless steel coils, cold or hot rolled, in 12 grades from 201 to 904L. They are made for manufacturers who cut, bend, weld or deep draw stainless steel in series and need material with properties verified for every lot. We deliver the full coil with a 3.1 inspection certificate to EN 10204, in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

The size range covers all grades and finishes. We confirm the exact combination of grade, finish, thickness and width in the quote.
• 304L is the general-purpose grade, low in carbon and easy to weld. A 304 stainless steel coil goes into food equipment, tanks, catering furniture and welded parts.
• 316L contains molybdenum and resists chlorides, salt water and chemicals better. It is the choice for chemical, pharmaceutical and marine work.
• 201 has less nickel and more manganese, for indoor use, furniture and decorative parts.
• 301 work-hardens strongly, which suits springs and elastic parts.
• 309S and 310S are heat-resistant grades for furnaces, burners and heat exchangers.
• 321 is titanium-stabilised for service at high temperature, such as exhaust systems.
• 410 is martensitic and can be hardened, for valves, pump components and wear parts.
• 430 is ferritic, magnetic and nickel-free, used for home appliances, hoods and interiors.
• Duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507 combine high strength with corrosion resistance in chloride environments, from chemical tanks to offshore and desalination plants.
• 904L is a super-austenitic grade for strong acids and chemical plants.
• 2B is the smooth, matt finish of a cold rolled stainless steel coil and the standard for deep drawing, bending and welding.
• BA is bright annealed in a protective atmosphere, for visible surfaces.
• No.1 is the hot rolled finish, annealed and pickled, for thick and industrial parts.
• No.4 and HL are brushed finishes. No.4 has a fine, even texture and HL has long continuous lines.
• 8K is mirror polished, for decorative and reflective parts.
• Embossed surfaces carry a pressed pattern that hides scratches and fingerprints.
Start from the environment the part works in. Indoors and in dry conditions, 304L or 430 cover most applications. Where chlorides, salt or chemicals are present, move to 316L, duplex or 904L. For high temperatures, choose 309S, 310S or 321.
Processing decides the finish. Deep drawing and welding usually call for 2B, while visible surfaces take BA, No.4, HL or 8K.

We deliver the full coil with a 3.1 inspection certificate to EN 10204 for every lot. The certificate states the chemical composition and the mechanical properties of the material.
Before delivery the coils are heat treated so that yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness meet the ordered grade.
On request, an independent inspection company checks the lot before delivery. We deliver in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
If you cut parts in series straight from the coil, a coil-fed laser cutting machine works without intermediate sheets. The coil goes onto the decoiler and the strip is levelled before cutting.
