The UZX-978 jacking robot is only 310 mm high, so it drives under a shelf, lifts it and moves it, with 150–600 kg. Being low, it leaves the shelf open on every side for loading and order picking.
It recognises the shelf on its own, and orders can come from your MES, ERP or WMS. The fleet manager coordinates several robots in the same hall.

The robot navigates without magnetic tape, QR codes or reflectors on the floor. A 360° lidar, 3D cameras and an inertial sensor build the map of the hall. The robot plans its own route and drives around people, carts and pallets left in the aisle.
Mapping takes about 10 minutes, and work points are moved from a tablet, phone or PC, with no programming, in 10–30 minutes. The robot can run in free navigation, on a fixed track, in hybrid mode or follow an operator.
Orders can come straight from your MES, ERP or WMS through REST API, WebSocket, SDK or the VDA 5050 protocol. The fleet manager shares tasks between several robots, and optional modules open lifts, automatic doors and gates by themselves, for transport between zones and floors.
The robot brings shelves to the operator in order picking warehouses, so people no longer walk to the goods. In plants it moves shelves of components between the store and the lines.
Shelves only need 310 mm of free space underneath, and existing ones can be adapted. With several robots, the fleet manager plans routes so robots do not block each other.
