The UZX-980 autonomous pallet truck picks up a pallet, carries it and sets it down on its own, with no driver, for 1,500 or 2,000 kg. It is the warehouse electric pallet truck with navigation and sensors in place of the operator.
It takes over the repetitive runs between the line, the warehouse and the dock, across all shifts. Fork width can be 685, 600 or 540 mm, to match your pallets.

The truck navigates without magnetic tape or reflectors installed in the hall. Fused sensors, with lidar and 3D cameras, recognise the pallet, lift it and carry it along the calculated route around obstacles, with a positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and ±1°.
Tasks can come from your WMS, MES or ERP through an open API, and the fleet manager shares them between several trucks and AMRs. The map and routes are edited in the graphical interface with no programming, and charging can run automatically at the station.
The truck takes pallets from the end of the line into the warehouse and brings raw materials to the line. At the dock it moves pallets between the truck and the buffer zone, and in warehouses it moves them between zones.
It works on level floors, with gradients up to 5°. It can work alongside AMRs and autonomous stackers under the same fleet manager.
