The UZX-982 autonomous forklift is a 2,000 kg electric counterbalance forklift that works with no driver. It lifts the pallet to 2,100 mm and picks it from the front, with no support legs under the forks, so it also handles closed pallets and loads from the floor.
It takes over pallet moves at the dock, between the warehouse and production and in stacking areas, with tasks coming from your WMS.

The truck navigates without magnetic tape or reflectors installed in the hall. Fused sensors, with lidar and 3D cameras, recognise the pallet, lift it and carry it along the calculated route around obstacles, with a positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and ±1°.
Tasks can come from your WMS, MES or ERP through an open API, and the fleet manager shares them between several trucks and AMRs. The map and routes are edited in the graphical interface with no programming, and charging can run automatically at the station.
The forklift moves pallets between the dock and the buffer zone, stacks pallets and feeds production lines. Being counterbalanced, it also handles pallets with no room for the support legs of a stacker.
It works on level floors with gradients up to 5°, under the same fleet manager as autonomous pallet trucks and AMRs.
