The UZX-981 autonomous stacker picks up 1,500 kg pallets, lifts them on its mast and places them on a rack or a stack, with no driver. It is the warehouse electric stacker, driven by navigation and sensors.
It takes over repetitive pallet moves between the line, the buffer zone and the racks, across all shifts, and works alongside autonomous pallet trucks and AMRs.

Lift height and fork width are set in the quote, based on your racks and pallets.
The truck navigates without magnetic tape or reflectors installed in the hall. Fused sensors, with lidar and 3D cameras, recognise the pallet, lift it and carry it along the calculated route around obstacles, with a positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and ±1°.
Tasks can come from your WMS, MES or ERP through an open API, and the fleet manager shares them between several trucks and AMRs. The map and routes are edited in the graphical interface with no programming, and charging can run automatically at the station.
The stacker puts away and picks pallets on the lower rack levels, stacks pallets in the buffer zone and feeds lines with raw materials. It suits warehouses with a steady pallet flow, where operators make the same trips all day.
It works on level floors with gradients up to 5°, and tasks can come straight from your WMS.
