• Grain oriented electrical steel is 0.23–0.35 mm thick and is used for transformer cores.
• Non-oriented electrical steel is 0.35–0.65 mm thick and is used for motors, generators and compressors.
Slit strip has a burr below 0.02 mm, flatness of ±0.1 mm and straightness below 0.1 mm over 2 m.
