This shawarma machine runs on gas and has a stainless steel cabinet below. The burner is made of infrared heating plates and heat-resistant metal mesh. The flame burns evenly, with high efficiency and low consumption. The heat zones are adjusted in groups, so the cone browns the same from top to bottom.
The meat goes on and comes off the spit easily, and the grease tray is simple to empty. The manufacturer states that the outer layer browns in 6–9 minutes.
GB-G820 has a single station, 65 kg and 650 × 600 × 1770 mm. GB-MG820 has two stations on the same cabinet, 115 kg and 1400 × 600 × 1770 mm. The 220 V supply drives the rotation of the spit.

Infrared plates radiate heat straight onto the meat, evenly over the whole height. The outer layer browns quickly and is carved into thin, crispy strips, while the inside of the cone stays juicy. Gas consumption is lower than with open-flame burners.
For shawarma, kebab and gyros shops, fast food outlets and Middle Eastern or Greek restaurants. The double version is for busy venues where two cones work in parallel. The gas connection is made by an ANRE-authorized gas installer, and a hood with grease filters is needed above.
