• PPGI coil has a galvanised base, and the paint goes over the zinc layer.
• PPGL coil has a galvalume base, a layer of aluminium and zinc, and then the paint.
The base makes the difference in performance. Pre-painted coil has the strength and easy forming of steel, plus the look and corrosion resistance of the paint layer.
The paint layer bonds well to the steel and keeps its colour fresh for a long time.
Besides steel, we supply coated aluminium coil in 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 8xxx alloys, 0.25–2.5 mm thick. We also supply colour coated 304 stainless sheet, 0.3–3 mm thick, for lift cladding, kitchens and interiors.
