The UZX-LDU-11 is a complete line of woodworking machines for processing door leaves, from the raw blank to a door ready for hardware. The CNC machines are linked together, and each door leaf is tracked by barcode from infeed to outfeed.
The line handles automatic loading, four-side cutting, four-side edge banding, end holes and slots, double-face engraving, lock and hinge recesses and final inspection, with buffer storage between stations. It processes hollow-core, WPC, aluminium-wood, T-type and silent doors.

The line links several CNC machines through rollers, turning tables and buffer storage, so the part moves from one operation to the next without being handled. Each part carries a barcode: at the infeed the scanner reads the dimensions and operations, and each machine sets itself up for the next part. The line thus works in series and on single-piece orders, with an ERP link and optional SCADA monitoring.

The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
