The UZX-MDK-6624J is a strip cutting machine for the LVL and solid wood frames of door leaves. It lengthens strips by nailed joints, cuts them to length with anti-deformation grooves and sends them in complete sets to the assembly station.
Door types and sizes are imported, and the machine calculates the lengths and number of strips. The screen shows the door type and piece count in real time, and material is used almost entirely. Frame assembly remains manual.

Wood strips enter the machine, and the program calculates from the door type how many pieces and which lengths are needed. The machine joins the strips end to end, cuts them to length with anti-deformation grooves and sends them in complete sets to the assembly table. The screen shows the door type and piece count in real time, so material is used almost entirely.

The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
The price depends on the model, part sizes, automation level and the link with the rest of production.
