The UZX-MDK-4120D is a machine for milling hinge and lock recesses on the door leaf. It sets its own tools, measures door thickness and width automatically, makes the recesses and lubricates itself, so the operator only loads and unloads the leaf.
It works leaves of 1800–2400 mm (the 4128D version up to 2800 mm), 600–1100 mm wide and 30–60 mm thick. Tools travel at up to 8 m/min, and total power is 8 kW. With the optional automatic loading and unloading machine, one person runs it.

The door leaf or frame enters the table, and the machine sets its tools and measures thickness and width at several points. Left- and right-hand milling cutters make the lock, hinge and other recesses without chipping. Working both long edges at once and through-feed let the machine run on its own or in a line.
It measures the door itself, so recesses come out right on doors of different thickness.

The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
