The UZX-MDK-4130HK is a door end machine for the top and bottom edges of the leaf. It makes the hanging wheel slot, guide wheel slot, dustproof strip slot, door closer recess and auxiliary painting holes.
It works leaves of 1800–3000 mm, 400–1100 mm wide and 30–60 mm thick, with machining depth up to 80 mm. Left- and right-hand cutters work without chipping, and through-feed allows in-line work. The HK1 version has 8.5 kW, the HK2 14 kW.

The door leaf or frame enters the table, and the machine sets its tools and measures thickness and width at several points. Left- and right-hand milling cutters make the lock, hinge and other recesses without chipping. Working both long edges at once and through-feed let the machine run on its own or in a line.

It is used in door factories for sliding doors with wheels, doors with closers and preparing doors for painting.
The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
