The UZX-MDK-4130A1 is a machine for milling frame hinge and strike recesses, which also works door leaves: lock hole and lock slot, hinges and the door closer recess. It takes parts of 1800–2600 mm, 100–1100 mm wide and 20–70 mm thick.
It sets its own tools, measures thickness automatically, mills left and right without chipping and lubricates itself. Total power is 22 kW.

The door leaf or frame enters the table, and the machine sets its tools and measures thickness and width at several points. Left- and right-hand milling cutters make the lock, hinge and other recesses without chipping. Working both long edges at once and through-feed let the machine run on its own or in a line.

It is used in door factories and workshops for lock and hinge recesses on frames and door leaves and for door closer recesses.
The first criterion is the frame type: pressed frame with door stop, two-part spliced frame, or full and WPC frame. For complete frame lines choose the UZX-MDK-840. For separate machines choose cutting and milling (UZX-YD-K0330, UZX-YD-K0330L, UZX-MJK-9024K, UZX-MJK-9045), recesses (UZX-MDK-4130A1, UZX-MDK-4826Q2) and seal insertion (UZX-MFZ-9645H2). For architraves and profiles choose the UZX-MDZ-565, UZX-YJ-T0230 and UZX-YH-T1030.
