The UZX-MJK-9022A is a glass bead saw for the beads that hold the glass in the door leaf. It cuts them to size at 45°, 16 pieces at a time, so a complete set for several doors comes out of a single cut.
The machine has several clamping stations and a cutting head that positions itself automatically, and its high accuracy means the beads close without a gap at the corner.

The profile or panel enters on rollers and is carried automatically through the work stations: cutting, milling, gluing, folding or packing, depending on the machine. Feed is controlled, and the stations work one after another without handling in between. The result is mouldings, architraves and profiles to size, with clean edges.

The first criterion is the frame type: pressed frame with door stop, two-part spliced frame, or full and WPC frame. For complete frame lines choose the UZX-MDK-840. For separate machines choose cutting and milling (UZX-YD-K0330, UZX-YD-K0330L, UZX-MJK-9024K, UZX-MJK-9045), recesses (UZX-MDK-4130A1, UZX-MDK-4826Q2) and seal insertion (UZX-MFZ-9645H2). For architraves and profiles choose the UZX-MDZ-565, UZX-YJ-T0230 and UZX-YH-T1030.
