The UZX-MXK-0630D is a CNC machine for cabinet and wardrobe doors. It mills the hinge recesses and the holes and slots at the top and bottom ends, where the door hardware is fitted.
It has two stations that work at the same time, and loading and unloading are automatic, so the machine saves labour and keeps a high pace. Each station has its own milling head, with extraction.

The part enters the table and is held by vacuum and following clamps. The machine measures the part itself, picks the tool from the magazine and runs the program: milling, drilling, grooves and profiles, on one or both faces. Programs come from CAD, BAN or MPR files, from the ERP or by scanning the barcode, so model changes need no manual set-up.
