The UZX-YD-K0330 is a machine cutting door frames at 45° or 90°, which in the same clamping makes the lock and hinge recesses, the installation-face step for 90° joints and the installation gap for the L-shaped architrave.
It handles pressed door-stop frames, spliced frames and full frames, 600–2600 mm (or 3000 mm) long, 90–350 mm wide and 28–55 mm thick. It measures thickness automatically, mills left-right without chipping and takes data by QR code. Drilling and stepped bottom frames are optional.

The frame profiles enter the machine and are measured and clamped once, then cut at 45° or 90° and milled for hinges, lock, steps and grooves. Data come from a barcode or are entered by the operator, so each frame leaves at the order dimension. The machine works on its own or linked into the frame line.

The first criterion is the frame type: pressed frame with door stop, two-part spliced frame, or full and WPC frame. For complete frame lines choose the UZX-MDK-840. For separate machines choose cutting and milling (UZX-YD-K0330, UZX-YD-K0330L, UZX-MJK-9024K, UZX-MJK-9045), recesses (UZX-MDK-4130A1, UZX-MDK-4826Q2) and seal insertion (UZX-MFZ-9645H2). For architraves and profiles choose the UZX-MDZ-565, UZX-YJ-T0230 and UZX-YH-T1030.
