The UZX-MSK-800A is a door rail production line for doors assembled from rails and stiles. It takes the rail, cuts it to length in sets, rotates it, centres it, measures the width and drills the auxiliary painting holes on both long edges.
At both ends it drills the dowel holes and mills the slots, vacuum-paints the ends, UV-dries them, applies glue and drives the dowels, then turns the part over and feeds it out. Top, middle and bottom rails are processed flexibly in sets, upright, with no dust on the part, at 12 seconds per piece.

The line links several CNC machines through rollers, turning tables and buffer storage, so the part moves from one operation to the next without being handled. Each part carries a barcode: at the infeed the scanner reads the dimensions and operations, and each machine sets itself up for the next part. The line thus works in series and on single-piece orders, with an ERP link and optional SCADA monitoring.

It is used in factories making assembled solid wood or MDF doors, for top, middle and bottom rails before door assembly.
The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
