The UZX-MDK-2130 is a rail and stile milling machine for assembled doors, for grooves and holes. It has six stations that work independently, and the order of milling and drilling can be chosen.
The left- and right-hand double spindles mill without chipping and last a long time. The part is positioned on both sides from the same reference face, so the work at both ends comes out accurate. The machine recognises absent stations and lubricates itself.

The part enters the table and is held by vacuum and following clamps. The machine measures the part itself, picks the tool from the magazine and runs the program: milling, drilling, grooves and profiles, on one or both faces. Programs come from CAD, BAN or MPR files, from the ERP or by scanning the barcode, so model changes need no manual set-up.

It is used in factories and workshops making assembled doors, for grooves and holes on rails and stiles, and for cabinet door frames.
The first criterion is volume. For high-volume door production choose a complete line, such as the UZX-LDU-11, with machines linked together. For workshops and made-to-order production choose separate machines: four-edge saws (UZX-YJ-S0120D, UZX-YJ-S0320D), recess machines (UZX-MDK-4120D, UZX-MDK-4120Q5) and CNC centres (UZX-YD-S2030C, UZX-YX-S8026, UZX-MXK-1224YAH). The second criterion is door type: hollow-core, solid wood, WPC or aluminium-wood. The third is automation: barcode, ERP link, automatic loading and unloading.
