The UZX-OP-25 is a diesel mobile mini jaw crusher on rubber tracks, for small crushing projects. The 200 × 300 mm opening takes pieces up to 180 mm and makes 5–10 t/h of 5–50 mm product.
It weighs 2.4 t, is 1100 mm wide and burns 5–10 litres of diesel per hour. The 18.5 kW diesel engine makes it independent of the grid, and the rubber tracks do not damage paving. Steel tracks are available on request.

The mini crusher has a crushing jaw, a small feed hopper and a discharge conveyor with adjustable height. It is fed with a mini excavator or a loader, moves on tracks by remote control or from the panel, and fits through yard gates and onto narrow sites. The jaw plates are easy to change when worn.
The diesel engine makes it independent of the grid on any site.
The rubber tracks protect paving and finished yards.
Consumption of 5–10 l/h keeps the cost per tonne low on small jobs.
It is used for small demolition, for recycling concrete, brick and kerbs, for landscaping, access roads and paths, and for disaster relief work.
The first criterion is the material. For hard rock (granite, basalt, river stone) and reinforced concrete, choose a jaw crusher. For concrete, asphalt and medium rock with a cubical product, choose the UZX-UIC-80 impact crusher. For fines below 10 mm from rubble, choose the UZX-UHC-600. The second criterion is output. The UZX-OP mini crushers and the UZX-UJC-425 make 5–80 t/h, for yards and small demolition. The UZX-UJC-503 … UZX-UJC-805 make 10–100 t/h, and the UZX-UJC-106, 116, 906 and 96E make 60–500 t/h in quarries. The third criterion is mobility: on tracks, on a towed trailer (UZX-UTC-503, UZX-UTC-604) or with an electric motor on mains power (UZX-OP-20, 30, 50).
