The UZX-995 V blender blends free flowing powders, granules and crystals by rotating the whole V-shaped vessel. It has no agitator inside, so the material takes no mechanical impact. Total volume ranges from 5 to 5,000 L.
It is also known as a V cone blender or Y blender. Its simple, easy to clean build suits pharma, food and other processes with high purity demands.

The V vessel turns around a horizontal axis. When the tip of the V is at the top, the material splits into the two legs, and as the vessel turns on, the two streams merge again.
Repeated splitting and merging, together with movement along the legs, blends the material by gravity alone. Above a 60% fill the material has no room to fall and split.
