The UZX-999 vertical ribbon blender blends free flowing powders, granules and pellets in a vertical conical vessel. The agitator has an outer spiral ribbon and an inner screw that turn together on a fixed axis. Total volume ranges from 30 to 30,000 L.
It reaches a 1:500,000 blend ratio and empties the vessel with no residue, so no expensive raw material is lost. It takes up less floor space than a horizontal machine.

The spiral ribbon follows the conical wall and lifts the material from the bottom to the surface, while the inner screw adds a second upward flow. The material then falls back by gravity and blends in every direction.
The whole drive sits on top, so lubricant cannot reach the product. The conical bottom lets the vessel empty with no residue.
