The UZX-1000 vertical paddle mixer blends powders, granules and pellets in a vertical conical vessel, with pitched paddles on a central shaft. The paddles lift the product from the bottom of the cone and throw it toward the walls, and it falls back to the center by gravity. Total volume ranges from 30 to 20,000 L.
It combines the vertical vessel, with its small footprint and low energy use, with the vigorous action of paddles. It reaches blend ratios as fine as 1:1,000,000 and homogenizes within minutes.

The pitched paddles lift the product and project it toward the vessel wall, and gravity brings it back to the center. This forms a fast, continuous loop that homogenizes even difficult materials.
At the right speed the paddles throw the particles into a three dimensional suspension, where they move independently of each other. Because the vessel is vertical, the energy goes into blending, not into lifting the whole batch.
