The UZX-1006 double planetary mixer blends, kneads and deaerates very viscous pastes, as thick as 1,500,000 cP. Two vertical tools each turn on their own axis while orbiting the center of the vessel at the same time. Total volume ranges from 5 to 1,500 L.
It is also called a double planetary kneader. The tools pass through every point of the vessel in a short time, and their intermeshing blades break up agglomerates, so no dead zones remain.

Each tool turns on its own axis and shears the product locally, while both orbit the vessel and take material from near the wall. The product is pushed to the center again and again, folded and redistributed.
The tools enter the vessel from the top, so no seals sit submerged in the product. The vessel cleans more easily and faster than a sigma machine, and the contamination risk drops.

Choose the double planetary unit for pastes that no longer flow like a liquid but are still too soft for a heavy kneader. It is the bridge between liquid mixers and sigma kneaders.
