The UZX-983 high speed disperser disperses powders and liquids into a liquid with a saw tooth disc that turns at high speed. It is built for paint, ink, adhesive, cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical plants that need an even dispersion without agglomerates. The range starts with a 5 L lab disperser and reaches 8,000 L.
It comes in three versions. The single shaft disperser is for liquids of low to medium viscosity. The twin and triple shaft versions add a slow anchor with scrapers, and the triple shaft also carries a screw or a second disc for heavy pastes.

The model code gives the total volume. The twin shaft version is coded UZX-DS2 and the triple shaft version UZX-DS3, followed by the same volume. Where power has several values, the first is the disperser, then the anchor and the third element.

Motor power is matched to the density and viscosity of the product. High shear dispersion of non-Newtonian fluids needs more kW than standard blending, so we confirm the power and the disc type in the quote.
The saw tooth disc turns at high speed and creates strong shear at its edge, where powder agglomerates break up. The rotation forms a vortex that draws dry powder into the shear zone and wets it at once.
In the twin and triple shaft versions, the slow scraper anchor wipes the wall and turns over the whole batch. Flow is turbulent at the disc and laminar in the rest of the vessel, so the zones near the wall are mixed too. The third shaft, with a screw or a second disc, handles very viscous pastes.
The multi shaft versions can run under vacuum for air-free products. Initial mixing, deaeration and homogenizing then happen in one vessel, with no transfer between machines.

Viscosity decides the version. A single shaft disperser is enough for liquids of low to medium viscosity and costs less. For heavy pastes, shear thinning products and air-free products, choose two or three shafts with vacuum.
The batch decides the model. The working volume is 80% of the total volume, so a 400 L batch fits the 500 L model. A 5 L lab disperser is available for recipe trials.
