The UZX-1007 inline powder induction mixer draws powder straight into the liquid stream and disperses it on the spot, with no lumps. It works inline, on the pipe, and pumps the product onward at the same time. Liquid throughput ranges from 1.5 to 100 t/h.
It is also called a powder liquid mixer or a powder injector. It suits powders that are hard to wet and fine dusty powders, which would form undissolved lumps in a tank.

The model code gives the version and size. UZX-IPL is low shear, UZX-IPH high shear, UZX-IPV has a suction wand, UZX-IPD two pumps, and UZX-IPP is the shear pump with a hopper.

Actual throughput depends on the product and on the rotor and stator type. For viscous products, motor power may increase. We confirm both in the quote.
The liquid enters the center of the rotor and is thrown outward through the narrow gaps of a toothed ring. There, shear and turbulence break up powder agglomerates at once.
Powder enters through a hopper or a feeding table, right into the liquid stream. All the product passes through the shear zone, so the dispersion is the same across the whole lot.

The low shear version is the most economical, but it works only with powders that dissolve easily. The high shear version also disperses powders that are hard to wet.
The wand version draws dusty or toxic powders straight from bags and drums, with no hopper. The two pump version gives high shear and high flow but costs more and takes more space. The shear pump moves the product onward without a separate pump.
