This belt dough rounder receives the pieces from the divider and passes them between the inclined rounding channel and the moving belt. Each piece turns on its own axis until it becomes a smooth ball. The machine handles 150–1200 g pieces at up to 2200 pieces per hour.
Infeed height adjusts between 680 and 950 mm and outfeed height between 740 and 1010 mm, so the rounder lines up easily with the divider and the intermediate proofer. The series has three models by rounding length: 1490, 1690 and 1990 mm. The stainless steel frame runs on castors.

The longer the channel, the more the piece turns and the tighter the ball. CKVR 150 is enough for rolls and small pieces; for large loaves of 800–1200 g, choose CKVR 170 or CKVR 200.
