This conveyor dough sheeter rolls out any dough, from filo sheets to baklava, to a thickness set to the millimetre. The belts on both sides fold upward, so the machine takes up little space when idle. The table is removable and the belt is easy to change.
All parts in contact with the dough comply with food standards, and the machine runs quietly. The corner-free body does not collect dust and is easy to clean. There are six models: one bench-top, with a 488 × 700 mm belt, and five floor-standing, with belts 584 mm wide and 1000–1500 mm long.

CKDS 507, the bench-top unit, suits confectioneries and pizzerias with little space. The floor-standing models, from CKDS 610 to CKDS 615, have 600 mm rollers and longer belts, for large sheets of puff pastry, filo and baklava. Croissant and doughnut cutting stations, flour dusters and dough winding units can be added to the larger models.
