This tableware sterilizer uses an infrared heating tube: the rays denature the proteins in bacterial cells and destroy them. The large glass doors keep the disinfection status visible, and the 5 baskets give a large capacity of 660 L.
The ZTP660W version has mechanical control and works at 10–60 °C. The ZTD660W version, for melamine tableware, works at 10–70 °C and has touch control: the UV-ozone lamp runs for 10 minutes, then the infrared tube for 50 minutes. The door switch cuts the power when opened, so ozone and UV do not escape.

In restaurants, cafés, hotels and kindergartens, especially for tableware that cannot take high temperatures, such as melamine. The glass doors also make it suitable for front-of-house areas.
Hot air cabinets reach 125–150 °C and suit porcelain and stainless steel. The infrared sterilizer works at a lower temperature, and the UV-ozone version adds an extra disinfection step, suitable for plastic and melamine.
