This electric shawarma machine has a stainless steel body and a cabinet below, for ingredients, flatbreads and utensils. The meat is loaded onto the vertical spit, which turns in front of the heating elements. The heating zones are adjusted in groups, so the outer layer of meat browns evenly from top to bottom, whatever the shape of the cone.
The meat goes on and comes off the spit easily. The bottom tray collects the fat and is simple to empty. The manufacturer states that the outer layer browns in 6–9 minutes.
EB-T800 has a single shawarma station, 8 kW and 650 × 600 × 1750 mm. EB-MT800 has two stations on the same cabinet, 16 kW and 1400 × 600 × 1750 mm. Both run on 220 V.

The electric unit needs no gas connection or cylinder and can be installed in shopping centers, food courts and spaces where gas is not allowed. On gas, the power is higher and the running cost is usually lower. If the venue has gas, the GB-G820 gas version is the alternative.
The double unit holds two cones at once: chicken and beef, or the same meat at two stages, so one browns while the other is being carved. For a shawarma shop with heavy lunch and evening sales, the double unit keeps customers from waiting.
